MOUNT BERRY, Ga. - Women's cross country was in action this past weekend and finished with stellar performances while claiming first place at the Berry Meet.
Junior Ella Williams was atop the Berry women's finishers for the fourth straight meet, as she has solidified herself as a perennial competitor. Her time of 23.51.36 was good enough to claim fourth place this weekend, as she continues to separate herself from the competition.
Senior Leine Burke and freshman Natalie Sinclair also are proving themselves as terrific runners. Burke finished sixth with a time of 24:59.94 and Sinclair rounded out her race with a time of 25:02.17, just being edged out by her counterpart.
Freshman Abby Reams also turned in a solid performance, as she outlasted the competition late in the race to finish tenth.
