MOUNT BERRY, Ga. - Three Athletes from Viking Swim and Dive have earned their way on the CSC Academic All-District team.

Ashley Young, Katie Groves, and Molly Heath have all earned the College Sports Communicators honor for their work in the classroom and in the pool

To be eligible, student athletes must have been at least a sophomore with a GPA of 3.5 or higher and competed in four competitions OR finish top eight at a conference meet.

The 2023 Academic All-District® Men's and Women's Swim and Dive Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
 
Academic All-District® honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. First-, second and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced April 24 (men) and April 23 (women). The CSC Academic All-District® teams include the student-athletes listed at the links above.

The Division II and III CSC Academic All-America® programs are partially financially supported by the NCAA Division II and III national governance structures to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2022-23 Divisions II and III Academic All-America® programs.
