GREENSBORO, NC - The Vikings took on round three among top teams at the Gate City Invitational, placing 15th overall.

After poor conditions yesterday, Berry took back to the Forest Oaks Country Club to finish up a few holes from round two and conquer their last 18 holes.

Noah Farland led the day with a 72 and four birdies, while Jay Sanders and Charles Kyle were close behind with scores of 73.

Kevin Verrill and Cam Baker ended with a 76 in round three.

Although all the Vikings had great scores, they dropped to 15th. However, they defeated SAA rival Rhodes and a solid Christopher Newport team.

Individually, Sanders had the highest finish at 29th.

Berry will be back in action on the course next week at the West Pines Collegiate.
