MOUNT BERRY, Ga. - The Vikings hosted DII opponent Carson-Newman in their final home meet where both the men and women's team fell to second against the Eagles.

Women's Highlights:
- In event one, the Quad of Molly Heath, Ashley Young, Katie Groves, and Emily Wolf placed second to the Eagles in the 400 Yard Medley Relay.
- EK Martin took third in the 1000 Yard Free with a time of 11:19.39
- Third and Fourth place belonged to the Vikings in the 50 Yard Free with Katie Groves and Ella Quigley defeating opponents.
- Groves had another top three finish in the 100 yard fly.

Men's Highlights:
- Sam Tate, Andrew Horn, Nicholas Fonzo, and Crawford Hightower placed second of three in the 400 Yard Medley Relay.
- Tate defeated a CNU opponent for second place in the 200 Yard Free (1:47.65)
- In the 50 yard free, Pace Nelson captured second place above other competitors.
- Fonzo and Ryan MacKinnon had a showing in the 200 Yard IM placing 2nd and 3rd respectively out of 11 total.
- Josh Tolson took the 1 mtr diving.
- Billy Blood and Ethan Whiting took second and third in the 100 Yard fly to give their team some top points.
- The only first place event for the Vikings came in the 200 yard free relay by Mac Shefchumas, Billy Blood, Crawford Hightower, and Nicholas Fonzo as they took down their own B team by two seconds.

The Vikings travel to Valley, Alabama, tomorrow for a meet at the Sports Complex.
