Danville, Ky. – The men's and women's tennis traveled to Danville, Kentucky over the weekend to take on the Colonels of Centre.
On Saturday, the Colonels won both the men's and women's match in a rainy setting. The men would fall to Centre 5-0 and the women would fall 5-4.
Allison Ivey and
Juliana Mascagni won their doubles match, 8-4, while
Adelle Yanez,
Emma Kruger and
Sara Myers would each win their singles.
On Sunday, the Viking men lost 7-2 with
Rory Glatt and
Ben Knight winning their doubles match and
Diego Lopez winning his singles match.
For the women, they would defeat the Colonels 6-3. In doubles, Ivey and Mascagni would, once again, be victorious. Kruger, Ivey, Mascagni, Manning and Thornton would each win their singles match and secure the win for Berry.
