The Berry men's soccer team battled host Hendrix to a scoreless deadlock Sunday afternoon when the two teams settled for a 0-0 tie in a Southern Athletic Association contest.
Berry is now 7-3-2 overall and 1-1-2 is the SAA as the Vikings return home Friday to host SAA foe Birmingham-Southern in a conference outing at Pearson Field at 7:30 p.m.
On Sunday, the Vikings ended the game reeling off 14 shots, eight of those on goal, while Hendrix also had 14 shots with six of those on goal.
Berry keeper José Palacios came up with six saves for the Vikings.
