MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Nia Smith scored 13 points, but the Berry College women's basketball team fell to Southern Athletic Association-foe Rhodes College 66-49 on Friday night.
Alex Weems and McKenzie Smith each contributed on offense as well, scoring nine and eight points, respectively. Smith also grabbed 10 rebounds to lead the Vikings' defense. On the night, Berry shot 33.9-percent (19-for-56) to Rhodes' 41.0-percent (25-for-61). The Lynx also led the contest in rebounds (45-36) and assists (16-10).
