ATLANTA - Kelsey McAnnally scored four times as the Berry College women's lacrosse team finished regular season play with a 14-10 victory over Oglethorpe University on Saturday.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
- The Vikings scored early and often, leading 7-4 at halftime.
- Berry then held off the Stormy Petrels 7-6 in the final 30 minutes of play to ensure the 14-10 victory.
- The Vikings led the contest in shots (27-17) and ground balls (23-17) and caused 25 Oglethorpe turnovers to their 21.
- Four Vikings also added at least two goals in the win.
