Box Score ATLANTA - The Berry College women's basketball team held off Oglethorpe in a 70-63 victory to close the Vikings' regular season schedule.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
- The Viking's went into the locker room with a 30-27 lead over the Stormy Petrels and held their lead in the second half.
- The Vikings forced 21 turnovers and scored 16 points off of these turnovers.
- Three Vikings had double-digit games, with Alex Weems scoring 20 points, Kristin Rampersad with 18 points, and Ashley McKee adding 14 points.
- Berry was also solid shooting from three, nailing seven three-pointers in the win.
- Valerie McLure was strong on the boards, hauling in 12 rebounds
