SEWANEE, Tenn. — Hannah Eddins scored her only goal of the season, but the Berry College women's soccer team was eliminated from the Southern Athletic Association (SAA) tournament on Saturday after a 2-1 loss to the Sewanee Tigers.
Sewanee's Kiley Ezzell scored the first goal of the contest in the fourth minute of the game off a pass from Elizabeth McKnight to give Sewanee an early 1-0 lead. Mary Frank then added the Tiger's second goal of the contest less than three minutes later, ensuring Sewanee's 2-1 victory. Eddin's lone Viking goal of the game came in the 15th minute, cutting the Tigers lead in half before the end of the contest.
