McMINVILLE, Ore. -- Keiley Ayers had three goals and three assists as the Berry College women's lacrosse team won at Linfield, 16-4, on Tuesday night.

The Vikings improved to 4-2 and Linfield dropped to 0-2.

BC led 6-3 at halftime and then outscored the Wildcats, 10-1, in the final 30 minutes.

Lizzy Jones tallied three times and dished one assist for Berry. Ashley Kesselring notched two goals and had two assists. Savannah Robar and Angelica Miller both scored two goals and added one helper.

The Vikings had the edge in shots, 32-10. Linfield led in draws, 13-8.

Berry goalkeeper Ella Makin had five saves. Her counterpart, Maria Nelson, stopped 10 Viking shots.

The Vikings play at Pacific (Ore.) on Wednesday.
