MOUNT BERRY, Ga. - The Berry women's basketball team fell to Oglethorpe with a final score of 62-50 on Saturday night, moving to 4-4.

HOW IT HAPPENED:

• The Vikings led in assists (9-6) but both squads were solid on the boards, tying with 51 apiece. 
• Berry had a solid start to the second half, led by Rampersad and Weems' 5 points apiece in the third quarter
• Rampersad continued to have a solid night, finishing with 22 points. 

BERRY STATISTICAL STANDOUTS:

• Kristin Rampersad: 22 points, 5-14 FG, 4-10 3FG, 2 AST
• Alex Kiernan: 12 points, 2-5 3FG, 4 REB
• Alex Weems: 5 points, 10 REB

OGLETHORPE STATISTICAL STANDOUTS:

• Laren Ransom: 16 points, 3-11 FG, 12 REB
• Bailey Charles: 16 points, 5-12 FG, 6-7 FT, 5 REB
• Taylor Dodson: 8 points, 3-6 FG
