Five Different Berry Players Score in Dominant Win at LaGrange Wednesday

Leah Hatheway scored four goals and Ali Shaw added three more to help lead Berry's women's soccer team to a 12-0 victory at LaGrange Wednesday.

Five different Lady Vikings scored in the game, as Kim Fischer added two and Katie O'Brien, Rachel LeRoy and Lib Lockett scored one apiece.

All four of Hatheway's goals came in the first half. 

O'Brien, Keri McGinnis and LeRoy also passed out two assists apiece.

Berry, which scored seven goals in the first half and five in the second, outshot the Panthers 36-1 in the contest.  Twenty two of Berry shots were on target, with LaGrange goalkeepers Kristin Bird and Robin Dillon combining to make 10 saves.

LaGrange's lone shot did not come on target.

Berry improved to 9-3-1 overall with the victory.  LaGrange dropped to 5-11-1.

The Lady Vikings return to action Saturday at Kenyon.
