Women's Lacrosse Wins Third Straight Game, Defeats LaGrange 15-7

LAGRANGE, Ga. – Claire Voltarel tallied five times, as the Berry College women’s lacrosse team bested LaGrange College 15-7 on Tuesday night.

HOW IT HAPPENED:

  • The Vikings scored early and often throughout the first period, leading 9-4 going into the second half.
  • Berry then tallied six more times before the end of the game, ensuring the 15-7 victory.
  • Four Vikings scored at least twice in the win on the night.
  • Berry led the game in shots (40-22), draw controls (13-11), ground balls (27-12) and clears (7-3).
  • The Vikings also forced 15 Panther turnovers to their 10.
