Women's Basketball Slowed at Sewanee 83-65

SEWANEE, Tenn. - Eveline Parsons led the Vikings with 18 points, but the Berry College women’s basketball team fell to Sewanee 83-65 on Sunday afternoon in a Southern Athletic Association (SAA) matchup.
 
The Tigers led 59-29 at the half, before the Vikings outscored Sewanee 36-24 to cut the final score to 83-65. As a team, Berry shot 42.2-percent (27-for-64) to the Tiger’s 47.0-perfect (31-for-66). The Vikings also finished the contest with 29 rebounds and 14 assists, to move to 10-13 overall on the year and 5-8 in league play.
