Women's Basketball Upended at Centre 62-40

DANVILLE, Ky. - McKenzie Smith led the Vikings with 10 rebounds and eight points, but the Berry College women’s basketball team fell to Center College 62-40 in a Southern Athletic Association (SAA) matchup on Friday. 
 
The Colonels led 31-23 at halftime before silencing the Vikings offense in the final 20 minutes of play to ensure the win. As a team, Berry shot 27.3-percent (15-for-55) and finished with 34 rebounds, seven assists, and nine steals in the contest, falling to 10-12 and 5-7 on the year.
