Men's Lacrosse Rolls Past Centre 16-8

DANVILLE, Ky. – The Vikings men's lacrosse team cruised past the Centre Colonels on Saturday with a 16-8 final.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
• The Vikings outscored the Colonel’s in every quarter, leading 8-4 at halftime after a big opening period which saw the Vikings score four consecutive goals to open the game.
• Berry then added eight more goals in the final 30 minutes of play to ensure the win.
• Josh Baker had a solid day handling faceoffs, going 16-25 with five ground balls.
• Centre had 25 turnovers, which Berry was able to take advantage of in the form of 54
shots.
