Johnson Becomes First Men's Lacrosse USILA All-American

PERRY, N.Y. — Berry College's Quentin Johnson has been selected as the first United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA)/Nike All-American in program history after a record-shattering season.

Johnson's honorable mention honor comes after he also earned his second consecutive All-Conference selection earlier this year in the form of a Southern Athletic Association (SAA) Offensive Player of the Year accolade.

The senior attackman from Johns Creek, Ga., tallied 19 goals and earned a program-record 39 assists and 58 points to lead the SAA. After a career senior season, Johnson holds the hat-trick of Berry assist records including single-game, single-season and career marks. In addition to helping the Vikings offense to a program-record 230 goals, 149 assists and 379 points, Johnson collected 33 ground balls and fired 83 shots with 43 on cage.
