Men's lacrosse lost to Centre, 10-7

SEWANEE, Tenn. – The Berry College men's lacrosse team lost in the semifinals, 10-7, on Friday night.

Berry ends its year at 11-4. Centre will face host Sewanee in the championship game on Sunday.

Senior Bryan Byers had a team-high three goals for the Vikings. Christian Akers added one goal and one assist for the Vikes.

Berry outshot the Colonels, 40-34, in the contest.

Berry led 4-3 after the first quarter. Centre, however, outscored BC 3-0 in the second period and led 6-4 at the half.

Jordan Boreman recorded 10 saves in goal for BC.

Mitchell Kraus scored four times for Centre.
